Age Policy

For the respect and consideration of all Omaha Symphony patrons, children under 5 years of age are prohibited from attending this performance.

Arrival

Lobbies open 90 minutes prior to events. Due to construction downtown, arrive early to allow time for parking and to find your seats. Late seating will be in Tier 2 to avoid interrupting the orchestra in the first half.

Express security scanners will provide a touchless experience that no longer requires emptying of pockets or bags.

Parking

Note: Due to road closure on 13th and Dodge Street, there will be no meter access on 13th Street.
There will be a limited amount of accessible parking stalls on all streets surrounding the Holland Center. Keep an eye out for additional handicap parking at bagged meter spots based on availability. There is no parking at meters with green bags.

Due to downtown construction, we will no longer be able to offer pre-paid valet; however, valet may still be available on a limited basis.

The parking garage will likely be the closest location for parking. You may prepay to reserve $3 event parking in the Park Eight garage using the ParkMobile website or app. Select 12th and Capitol as the location and use the 13th and Dodge entrance when you arrive.

Drop-Off

The drop-off zone is located on the south side of the Holland Center on Douglas Street. Courtesy wheelchairs are available and can be requested upon arrival by asking security or an ambassador.
Construction downtown may also affect nearby bus stops. Check this link for alternate routes and stops.
