All tickets purchased through Ticket Omaha have been delivered electronically to the Ticket Omaha App to provide a touchless experience and limit contact for the safety of patrons and staff. However, box office staff will be present in the event of mobile ticket issues. Mobile tickets can be accessed under "My Account" on the Ticket Omaha app. Please have your tickets ready to be scanned when entering the performance lobbies.
More information about the app can be found here, and you can find a helpful video at the bottom of this blog about how to download the app!

Entry Inspection

All guests attending events at our venues are subject to visual and bag inspections conducted by Omaha Performing Arts security. Visit for a list of items not permitted in the Holland Center and Orpheum Theater.

In The Lobby

As you wait for the doors to open to the house, there are many fun lobby features to peruse.

Omaha Performing Arts, as venue manager, will have food and beverage concessions for sale. Beverages with lids purchased in the lobby may be brought into the hall.
Before the opera begins, grab the signature cocktail of Figaro, a “Drink of Madness.” Gin, St. Germaine, Aperol, Lemon, Grenadine and Soda water swirl together in a frivolous mix of moxie and mayhem. | $10

Friday, March 31 at 6:40pm & Sunday, April 2 at 1:10pm

More Information

Guide to the Opera

Is this your first time attending an opera? If you're new to a certain performance, or just want to come prepared, it's great to read a synopsis or attend the pre-performance lecture prior to the show. Also, we don't expect you to learn a new language for the performance. All performances will have English supertitles projected above the stage so you can follow along. Click here for a helpful information about the opera experience including suggestions on what to wear, when to arrive and about the orchestra.

In what language will The Marriage of Figaro be presented?
The opera will be sung in Italian, the original language in which it was written. English supertitles will be available on a screen above the stage and in the front of the Loge.

Are there lighting or sound elements I should be aware of?
There will be theatrical lighting elements for this performance. The singers do not use microphones, just their natural voices projecting from the stage.
