Opera Omaha and the Omaha Symphony present a collaborative venture with 8 area high school choirs, members of the Opera Omaha Chorus, Opera Omaha Voices in Residence, and musicians of the Omaha Symphony, under the direction of the Omaha Symphony Resident Conductor Ernest Richardson. Opera Omaha Resident Music Director J. Gawf and Voices in Residence artists join Maestro Richardson for two weeks of individual and combined choir rehearsals. The collaboration concludes with a final performance where students participate in an unparalleled live performance of a large symphonic choral work and choruses from our favorite operas, including La Traviata, The Pirates of
Penzance, La Bohème and more . . .
